Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason it doesn’t work out, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit, subject to the conditions below.
- Exchanges or store credit are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached
- Items showing signs of wear, scent, makeup, or alteration will not be accepted
Refunds are not offered, except in cases where an item is faulty or incorrectly shipped.
Sale Items:
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Faulty or incorrect items will be reviewed and handled accordingly
Processing:
Once your return is received and approved, store credit or exchange confirmation will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes:
- Store credit does not expire
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements
- All returns must be approved prior to being sent back
